Stage 1is thefirst phase of performance tuning for a vehicle, focused exclusively on modifying the software of the engine control unit (ECU). 

Procedure:

1. – Have Kess v2 or Mpps, depending on the car model

2. – Read the PBX ID using Kess v2 or Mpps. Once you’ve read it, you’ll know the hardware and software versions you need to look for; both must match, otherwise an error will occur when you import the file.

3. Read the original file and save it safely.

4. Look for the Stage 1 ECU file on this website. If you can't find it, feel free to contact us—we have some files that haven't been uploaded yet.

5. – Write the Stage 1 file using Mpps or Kess v2.
